If your CPA has recommended S Corporation taxation, ClearPath can help coordinate payroll and bookkeeping requirements so you can stay compliant with a fair wage so you can focus on growing your business.

Additional accounts can be added for $75/account Subscription price will automatically increase when new accounts are linked.
Business Consulting is billed in addition to all these services at $55 an hour when consulting meetings are complete.
All additional services (Payroll, State and Local Taxes, A/R, A/P) are a seperate subscription.
Additional P&L and Balance Sheet reports available upon request for a $50/report fee
